Legal Acknowledgement
By submitting this form—or any form—to Hartveil Studios, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, and that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following: the Legal Acknowledgement, the Code of Conduct & Media Use Agreement, and the Privacy & Data Use Statement. Submitting a form or working under Hartveil Studios in any capacity constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (the submitter) and Hartveil Studios. This agreement may be used as a formal record in legal proceedings if any terms are breached or disputed.
Privacy and Data Use Statement
By submitting this form, you acknowledge and consent to the collection of your personal information for the sole purpose of coordinating and managing your involvement in our upcoming film production.
All information provided will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared, sold, or distributed to any third parties under any circumstances. Your details will only be accessed by authorised members of the production team when necessary for crew management, safety planning, insurance coverage, or emergency contact purposes.
We are committed to complying with Australian privacy laws and industry best practices. Your data will be securely stored and used solely for the duration of the project unless otherwise required by law or for direct communication regarding future Hartveil Studios productions you may wish to be involved in.

Code Of Conduct & Media Use Agreement
By participating in a Hartveil Studios production, all cast, crew, and collaborators agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and creatively protected working environment for all involved.
1. Behind-the-Scenes Content
Any behind-the-scenes (BTS) photos or videos taken during production are considered private until officially released. You may not post or distribute any BTS content on social media, websites, or public platforms without prior written permission from Hartveil Studios or the Director. This includes stories, reels, TikToks, and any content showing cast, crew, sets, or unreleased material.
2. BTS Distribution by Hartveil Studios
Official BTS content captured during production may be released via social media or other promotional channels. If your personal or business profile is set to public, we will make every effort to tag and credit you appropriately. To assist with this process, please follow and engage with Hartveil Studios on social platforms.
3. Harassment & Behaviour Policy
Hartveil Studios maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward racial, sexual, or verbal harassment. Any form of discrimination, abuse, or threatening behaviour will result in immediate removal from the production and may lead to legal action against the individual or associated business.
4. Safety Compliance
All cast and crew are required to follow the safety guidelines set by the designated Safety Officer or department leads. Non-compliance with safety directions—particularly regarding high-risk environments or equipment—may result in removal from the set and possible legal liability.
5. Confidentiality & Spoilers
You agree not to disclose any plot details, character arcs, visual elements, or unreleased creative content to the public or third parties. Spoilers and leaks compromise the integrity of the work and the experience for future audiences.
6. Image Release Consent
By participating, you consent to your image and voice being captured and used in marketing, promotional material, press kits, trailers, behind-the-scenes content, and published media related to this production.
7. Substance Policy
No drugs or alcohol are permitted on set under any circumstances unless part of a scripted scene that has been pre-approved by the Director and Safety Officer. Anyone under the influence of substances will be asked to leave the set immediately.
8. General Conduct & Equipment Respect
Treat all team members, equipment, and locations with professionalism and care. Be punctual, communicative, and supportive of others. Deliberate damage to property or gear will result in liability.
9. Insurance Responsibility
All cast, crew, and collaborators participate at their own risk. Hartveil Studios does not provide individual insurance coverage. It is your responsibility to ensure you have appropriate personal, medical, or equipment insurance as needed.
10. Insurance Disclaimer
Hartveil Studios does not provide personal insurance coverage for cast, crew, or contractors. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they have appropriate health, equipment, or liability insurance where applicable.
11. Indemnity Clause
By participating in any production or activity associated with Hartveil Studios, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hartveil Studios, its directors, affiliates, and partners from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your conduct or use of studio property.
12. Content Removal/Withdrawal Clause
Hartveil Studios retains full editorial control over published media. Requests for content removal may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
13. Equipment Use & Damage Clause
All individuals using Hartveil Studios equipment or property must do so responsibly. Any damage or misuse may result in financial liability.
14. Jurisdiction/Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any Disputes shall be handled in accordance with those laws.
